This vintage painting by Dr. A Fulton features a fascinating scene titled "A Startling Discovery in Papa's Office". The piece is an original oil painting on paper, signed by the artist. The small size painting is framed and showcases an intriguing mix of post-mortem, biology, skulls, and novelty themes. The frame is NOT in the best condition. The matting has some staining on it, but the art wouldn't be what it is without the matting. The topic is the children opening dad's desk to fing a scull in one of the compartments. I believe it to be late 1800's early 1900s. The matting is extreamly old and brittle. I think it is on paper but I'm not 100% sure. Definitely oil paint. It's a pretty cool piece of art. The production technique used in this painting is oil painting, and the material used is paper. The unit of sale is a single piece, and it falls under the categories of art and paintings.
