Includes Coleman 9949A Trail Lite Propane Grill. The smoker is 12 years old and in very good condition. The grill is 8 years old and also in very good condition. The Bradley Smoker uses 'bisquettes' as the smoke source. These are like little hockey pucks made of compressed wood chips. They claim to be cleaner, healthier than other wood chips or pellets with less creosote. The degree of control over this device is a big selling point. Set the time on the smoker and place 3 bisquettes per hour of smoking, 20 bisquettes max. Included are 3 spacers, which save 1 or more bisquettes at the end that would otherwise be partially burnt. The bisquettes are directed onto a conveyer that moves them one-by-one onto an igniter, where they sit and smoke until they are pushed into a bowl of water to extinguish them. The oven has its own settings, to control time and temperature. The electronic display shows the internal oven temperature too, which is essential for outdoor cooking. The Bradley Smoker measures 19 x 22 x 35; Features a 2288 sq in cooking area and a rack area of 572 sq in (4 x 11 x 13). The cooking area of the twin burner Coleman Trail Lite measures 12 x 24 and uses the small propane bottles. Included with the Coleman is an extra propane bottle. Included with Bradley are 280 bisquettes (Alder, Apple, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, Mesquite, Oak, Pecan & Special Blend). Bradley bisquettes are available on Amazon for about 50 cents each. A cover, owner's manual, and recipe booklet is also included for the Bradley Smoker. Still available at ListedBuy!
