Welcome to the store front of Hidden Treasures!We are a brick-and-mortar non-profit thrift store located in Minneapolis; all of the items listed in our store are donated. We are always careful when testing them and describing them to the best of our ability and knowledge. Most of the time, the product pictures serve as our descriptions. Our eBay staff is limited to a few people, so please be patient with us; we always reply back and take care of the issue.All of our listings end on Fridays, and we ship within three business days, which is usually on Mondays. If you do not pay within four days, the transaction will be canceled in accordance with eBay policies. We cannot hold paid items for more than three business days. We also cannot send items to addresses sent through messaging, so please make sure you have the correct address in your check-out.You can return the item if you change your mind; however, you'll have to cover the return shipping yourself unless the item is not as described. Also, we can only refund you the original purchase amount without the shipping fee since shipping has become very expensive.Our shipping is pretty straightforward; we enter the weight and the dimensions of the box into the system, and the system calculates shipping. We do not charge any handling fees. Some items require a lot of bubble wrap, so they end up in bigger boxes even though they look small. Please message us if you prefer UPS; we are happy to serve your shipping needs. We try to use USPS Ground Advantage for most items instead of Priority; that way, you get it slower but much cheaper.If you want to pick up your item in our store and save on shipping fees, please message us after the auction ends.
