The pretty landscape painting is oil on canvas and was signed on the lower left corner. It's in great condition and I really don't see anything wrong to point out. I think all it needs is a little bit of minor surface cleaning. Although the painting is being shown with the frame it is quite heavy and expensive to ship so the canvas will be shipped WITHOUT THE FRAME but the little brass Helen Chambers name plate will be included. If the shipping turns out to be less I will refund any money immediately.PLEASE NOTE: I use a macro setting to capture as much detail as possible. Keep in mind when using the zoom tool that you are seeing the item magnified and enlarged many times over. See pictures for details because they are a big part of the description.
