Box, No International.Shipping cost includes all packaging materials and shipping service label cost.Handling: 4 - 5 Business DaysI have to travel out of town just to get the types of padding I use for large pieces like this as well as custom packaging this piece. It took me 4 days on a similar size neon sign so at least 4 days. I will probably use thick foam board (pink panther) and camping pad foam. It all depends on what is in store.
