Patek Philippe Automatic Men's Wristwatch Solid 18k Gold Running Keeping TimeNote , I removed the Back to get Photo's .You can see wear on the inside of the Back Case cover, the Rotor's Center is Rubbing and when I removed the Back off of the Case the Automatic Mechanism fell off and looks like it should be Tighten down by (3) tiny screws in the Center, I simply put it back where it belonged and put the Case cover back on. I am not a Watchmaker but I can tell you that I simply shook the watch from side to side and it started running right away.I then wound the watch a few times and it has been keeping Perfect time for 5 hours. So this is not effecting the time keeping but it does sound pretty bad when you shake and the Rotor is Clunking around.Has it's Original "PP" Crown and Crystal, the Glass Crystal is Cracked and needs to be Replaced. I hope that I have covered all of the Details with hopes that whoever wins the Auction knows exactly what they are Bidding on.
