ITEM DESCRIPTION: A treasure from the past, worthy of pursuit. This 120 year old, flat top trunk was made to travel on many adventures. Is made of pine with 7 oak straps, 6 riveted metal bandings and corners and iron hardware which includes iron closures. Center lock marked Eagle Lock Co. (no key). The side handles are in excellent condition. The interior was relined. The exterior is all original. Weighs about 30lbs. In excellent condition with period wear and patina, consistent with age and use. No serious damage or repairs.
