Sorry no case but I will pack very well to protect this fine instrument. As you can see in the pictures the horn is in very good condition.No dents laquer in good shape with exception to one area you can see the green tarnish. Comes with vintage mouthpiece I see only a few very small dings. Valves move freely as do all slides. I would recommend new spit corks as I don't know how old they are.
