Great, rugged shoes with lots of wear left in them, but just not the best fit for my feet (they seem to run a little broader than standard Docs), and used only a couple times a year because 2008 or so when I bought them. Leather has actually been treated occasionally with Wonder Balsam and is really soft and supple. Very little tread wear; the majority of the pebbling on the soles is still there, even. The lifetime warrantee is non-transferable, however these shoes will stand up to years of daily wear at a fraction of the price of a new pair.
