Ten foot tall quality Louisville ladder - use it to reach areas in tall wall foyers and lofted cielings. I used this ladder to wallpaper and paint 18+ foot tall areas and is in great condition. No warps or splits or bad steps. Has been stored in a dry area.I consider this a top of the line Tradesman's ladder. Nickname:Big Barney. I paid around $350 for this ladder in 2004. I used it maybe 40 times in 8 years, its been well taken care of and is hard to find in great used condition. Ask for Tom when calling or text me anytime at 703-399-XXXX
