The board and batten look would fit right in on your ranch or property with your horse tied up, or that " 4 wheeler horse" parked inside. It is designed to be used as a hunting or fishing cabin, tinyhouse, guest house, office, storage, sunroom, tack room, retreat or just a getaway cabin. I designed the rear of the cabin so that a 6x7 door could be installed to make it a perfect place to park your 4 wheeler. This cabin can be wired as per your local codes, and could be finished off inside.. The cabin is very heavy so you wont have to worry about it blowing away. That is due in part to the type of framing/build practices and design style. It is built on heavy duty steel 1/4"x3"x3" perimeter steel skids, all framing (2x6 floor joists, 2x6 rafters, 2x4 walls) is 16" on center. Corners are channels (not just L's), headers 2x6. Floor is 3/4 T&G, 7/16 OSB wall and roof sheathing, 3/8" rough pine plywood exterior with roughcut pine corners, trim and battens. Tyvek wrapped. Porch is made of cedar corner posts and cedar decking. This cabin /shed is currently offered at $8295.00. When choosing a cabin it can be difficult to compare "apples for apples".
