Grand tall clock by M Galloway of Leeds, England in excellent working condition. Possibly one of a kind hand-painted porcelain dial featuring a sailor's lady in earnest expectancy of her guy's arrival from the sea. The case is hand-crafted and adorned with a variety of veneers. There is a very faint hand drawn date of 1829 inside the case together with something else (simpler to check out with daytime). Sounds off on the hour sequentially to the hour by bell chimes. There are a number of "checks" as would be anticipated from a piece of its age. Other truthful wear such as a ding on the right side. Brass finial could not be initial.Measures about 94" tall to top of finial, 22" wide, and 91/2" deep. The dial is 12" large.Three dials: time, seconds, day of the month.Will think about equitable trade. unusual limited 19th century naked antique
