Bed is Wolf brand, German made very nice for it's age, few bulbs arent lighting up right now, just never replaced the fuses, but the bed works just fine. I attached a 20ft cord to it, it is 220V... and comes with whole box of extra bulbs. MUST COME PICK UP IN CHANDLER,OK. Its in storage unit right now, need to sell ASAP I have pics I can send as well, just cant get them to upload here... text/call 918-three99-three62three.
