This is a Syquest Syjet external SCSI removable hard drive w/ cables, power supply, stand, and five 1.5GB cartridges. This drive was Iomega's main competitor for its Jaz drive in the 1990s.I just hooked this up to my old Mac 8500/AV to see what was on the cartridges. One cartridge is brand new, still in its shrink wrap. The drive worked perfectly! It was SO cool! It made me wish my current machines all had SCSI interfaces. If this thing had a USB or FireWire interface, I would keep it over the protestations of my wife, LOL!I encrypted, erased, reformatted, and initialized all four used cartridges except for one which I saved as an emergency boot drive with a "blessed" system folder and all kinds of disk utilities and data recovery tools for Apple's "classic" Mac OS 9.x. If you don't need that stuff, you can over-write it or reformat for use on another platform. The Syjet and all its accessories are in excellent functional condition. Asking $20 OBO (some sites are selling refurbished versions of this machine for $100+. Ridiculous, if you ask me).See my ad on Craigslist for pictures
