Bought it new at lowes for $370 and thats before taxes and delivery etc... which brought it up to approx $100 more than that when all was said and done- you can find this ladder on their website for more details- its the $360 one model D1332. Buyer is responsible for transporting the item and it is big. Selling because its taller than I feel comfortable using and I got gutter guards immediately after using it once. Has been in the garage ever since.
