Unsure of the appropriate size, but determines about 14.5" from center of bottom bracket to top tube. Was ridden by female approx. 5'-3"-4"-ish.Lugged CrMo tapered double butted tubing steel frame. Shimano Exage work. Great condition. Requirements a little assistance getting going once more, probably new cables, lube, adjusting, etc. Relatively new Specialized tires. Shock does not do much.
