Cleaning out a garage, and I came across an interesting item.. I have no use for or a desire to keep, so hopefully you have "nack" for this... The red metal case which holds these items states the following: Grote No.70 Flame-less Flare Meets ICC REQ'S The Grote Mfg. Co. Bellevue,KY I am "guess-timating" this is from the late 40's to early 50's. A Grote Manufacturing No.70 Flame-less Road Flare 3 Piece Kit.. This kit is complete with all 3 standing reflectors. The "road flare" reflectors are without damage (cracks, breaks, missing pieces). However, there are surface scuffs on the metal stands from being packed so closely. Metal case is solid and shows typical wear from age with some surface rust. Approximately 95% of the original paint remains on case and stands.. I have done some investigating online about the value of this and I believe that $35 is a fair and firm price.. If you are interested in this item, please feel free to contact this ad..
