Bavarian Cut Crystal Punch Bowl with etched eight point Star.This is an initial set-- This is NOT a Copy. We had this set for 37 years and just used it 2 or 3 times!WONDERFUL REASON TO SELL !!!! This set is around 60-70 years old.We were told that the 8 point Star etching was.actually filled out in between the years 1940 and 1943.The eight point star has also come to be understood as.a symbol of 'Fullness and Regeneration'. Initially acquired in Germany in the early 1960's.The bowl (as pictured), cover and 12 cups.Bowl and cover H-13 1/2 X W-10 (bowl just H-7 1/2).Cups (12 matching) H-2 1/2 X W 3.one of the cups has a little chip, which is why it is lowered.
