Antique 4/4 Violin Body W/Some Parts - Made in Germany w/ Bow

Offering this 4/4 size antique violin with bow just asremoved from a mounting in an antique shop whereit has hung for over 50 years. I can see some paperlabeling inside. I believe this to be a German madeviolin. It has just the parts/pieces you see in the photos.The tailpiece is badly broken but is stamped Germanyon it's reverse so I have kept it. The bow looks to bewell made but I can find no maker's marks other thannumerals etched under the frog. This violin measures about 23 1/2" long and the body has a thin layer of oldshellac applied long ago. Three of the pegs seem to beoriginal while the last is not. The little round center brace piece was rattling around inside the body so Icarefully removed it and it will be included.Careful packing and shipping is $30.00 in the 50 states.
