Description:
Prewar Elgin, either late 30's or very early 40's. I spent a fair bit of time cleaning it up and did change the tires and tubes however kept all the originals in storage. So far as I can tell it MAY have been repainted early in its life to pass an old design off as a more recent design ... I am not sure of this though. E-mail to make an offer / to learn more.
