Antique Belgium desk from late 1800's to early 1900's. Described as a "partner's desk" because 2 individuals can remain on opposite sides of the desk and all the drawers, storage compartments and doors are precisely the same on either side of the desk. Desk includes hand-carved information including numerous lion's heads with decorative brass rings. The style of this desk is Mechelen (a city in northern Belgium). Dimensions are 55" large X 35" deep (front to back) X 32" high. Excellent antique. $1,750.
