ANTIQUE ART DECO ROCKING CHAIR FROM THE MIDWEST. SIZE: 36" HIGH, WIDTH: 24" LENGTH: 27", HEIGHT OF SEAT: 14". THIS ROCKING CHAIR IS FROM THE EARLY 1900'S AND HAS AN ART DECO FLORAL MOTIF. IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE ESPECIALLY FOR A YOUNG PERSON OR WOMAN (OR SOMEONE WHO IS N'T VERY TALL). THE SEAT SPRINGS AND ROCKING SPRINGS ARE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. THE SEAT BOTTOM AND UPHOLSTERY WAS REFURBISHED IN THE EARLY 1980'S. DOES NOT TIP EASILY. WHEN ROCKING, rocking CHAIR IS VERY STABLE ON THE FLOOR.
