Ok, so over the summer I won this computer in a raffle contest. It was donated as a prize from a local computer store. It only came with the tower and mouse, and I didn't have the money to buy a new monitor, so I never even got a chance to use it. I already have a laptop, and don't need this computer. My hours recently got cut back at work so I need to come up with a few hundred dollars in the next couple of days to pay my rent or I will be evicted. I have researched this model and from what I have read this model was ground breaking. Because I am not able to use it, I don't know what programs it has or how fast it is, or big the hard drive is. You would be welcome to try it out if you have a compatible monitor or if you wanted to take it apart and look inside. It also came with 2 Mac OSX install discs. I think what I am asking is a very fair price, so please don't try to talk me down, I have kids and I really need the money. Below I am pasting some info that I found online about the Power Mac G5.The Power Mac G5 is Apple's marketing name for models of the Power Macintosh that contains the IBM PowerPC G5 CPU. The professional-grade computer was the most powerful in Apple's lineup when it was introduced, widely hailed as the first 64-bit PC, and was touted by Apple as the fastest personal computer ever built. It was officially launched as part of Steve Jobs' keynote presentation in June 2003 at the Worldwide Developers Conference, and saw three revisions to the line before being retired in August 2006 to make way for its Intel replacement, the Mac Pro.
