An update to the older Artec MH 3D Scanner. This scanner has proved to be particularly popular with clients that want to digitize the human form, especially human faces. The technology uses a regular flash bulb instead of a laser, so the scanner is completely safe for the eyes. Moreover, because the scanner is hand-held and portable, it is ideal for the field of heritage preservation. Precious archeological finds and timeless statues in museums don t have to be moved or touched to create a 3D record of them. Originally purchased for a new business but have decided to work on something else.
