Bought in 2012 from Turner furniture in Sebring, fl. I have the initial receipt and tag. You will certainly see one seat has lost some of the leatherette and from all the online forums I checked out it s just regular wear. It can be quickly fixed with any leather dye offered at lowes or house depot because I do not want it anymore I didn't feel the requirement to hide it for the next owner but it is a simple fix. No tears anywhere, from a smoke free home. I will certainly deliver it to you for free anywhere in Highlands county on my trailer. Asking $250 Thanks for looking.
