This beautiful antique dining table and 8 matching chairs have actually beautified my dining space for over 40 years. The top of the table has been refinished and it is veneer. The majority of the table is solid mahogany and the legs have hand carving on them as well as the sides of the table. With the leaf, it seats eight easily. The 8 chairs are needle point, and were done at some point in the 1920s or 1930s according to the lady who sold this set to me. Her mother did the needle point, and each chair has a various design. The chairs are mahogany also.
