The sofa is in good condition, great for rec room or area that needs inexpensive seating which might get heavy wear. It spot cleans easily with the usual detergents. Allergy info - I have cats, but no smokers in house. It's really heavy, and I can't help lift it, so bring extra help if you think you might want it.
