This set of sofa and footstool (ottoman) was purchased at Ikea one year ago. It's in perfect condition. Comfortable - has the important "plop" factor - and the footstool has good storage space. If you bought them new at Ikea, they would cost $738. WE ARE SELLING THEM FOR $399! You can check this out at the Ikea site (see Kivik Sofa 89.75 inches and Kivik footstool). The couch is 89 and 3/4 inches long - black, fabric upholstery. The matching Footstool (ottoman) has a spacious storage compartment. Dimensions (in inches) are 35 and 3/8 x 27 and 1/2. The height is 16 and 7/8 inches. The only reason we are selling is because we're moving. They're beautiful and it's a great deal. They must be out of the house by 30 April!
