We have booths available at our antiques mall (AmeriBrit Antiques) which is opening later this month. 7'500 sq ft to start with of antiques, quirky and unsual items and hopefully artists too.We would love to show off works from artists: painters, metal, pottery, glass and jewellery makers.There is no minimum or maximum space that must be leased, whatever you feel comfortable with. We can provide rustic or more formal booths, open plan space, carpeted space and booths with lattice work or chicken wire for hanging items. We will also rent wall and ceiling space. There is no fixed rent, we charge by design, location and any additional upgrades. We will even allow you to provide your own display case and charge a rent solely for the space it uses. You may decorate your booth how you see fit to reflect your own personality and style.We are like all other antique malls in that we charge a standing rent and 10% commission. For those that are tired of traveling the fairs or have never contemplated selling from a showroom, this is an affordable option. Our sales team is mature with a love of the arts and is run by the owners Colin (British) and Kathryn (American).We believe we will attract long term clients/customers, as a result of the variety of goods for sale, which includes what we believe will be the biggest collection of English antique furniture to be found here in Pensacola, possibly NW Florida.The owners genuinely have a love for the arts and crafts and would love for you to show your talents from our showrooms.
