Both items are brand new, unopened and still sealed in protective plastic wrapping. here are the system specs if anyone wants more info: http://h20424.www2.hp.com/campaign/webos/sg/en/tablet/touchpad-specs.html spec-wise this tablet is still better than the nexus 7 or kindle fire.HP touchpad comes with WebOs installed by default. however, i can install android ice cream sandwich on it as well. webos does not run android apps, so most people would probably prefer to use android.considering this is brand new, unopened, comes with a case, has better specs and the time and effort it takes to install android on it i believe my price is more than fair. do not bother contacting me with some ridiculous low ball offer.The picture you see is of the actual items i am selling.
