Comes with mouthpiece and case. CONDITION: It is in used condition as pictured. It appears it was repaired before. I was able to make noise with it and the slide worked smoothly. The case has wear and a broken rear hinge as pictured. Please see pictures to be sure this meets your standards. SHIPPING: This is heavy and large.
