I have this custom made corvair Roof rack that I made to fit on my friends 1967. He sold the car but I kept my rack. This rack sits low to the roof line. Its made up of 1/2 round steel tubing. The rack has been sprayed with a Rustoleum primer and Rustoleum silver hammer finish. The wood slats have a natural wood stain and 3 coats of polyurethane. The wood is screwed down with stainless steel screws and finishing washers. This rack comes with a pair of mounting clamps and stainless steel wingnuts. Easy to install, no tools necessary. This rack can be shipped if needed. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
