You will: Work with our Customer Success team and our customers to understand their needs and requirements, then use them to refine HealthCrowd's product offerings Lead our Engineering team and ensure that our customer needs are met Manage all aspects of Engineering operations, including product design, development, quality and deployment Wow your team members by working hands-on together with them Strive to outperform at every level Be a crucial part of the HealthCrowd team YOU have confidence. You: Are a software engineer with 4-6 years experience in SaaS; a big plus if the experience was with a start-up Have an engineering graduate degree from a top college, with demonstrable academic brilliance Possess solid experience in (most of) the following areas: Programming in PHP, Python or other object-oriented scripting languages Data-modeling using NoSQL and relational databases UX/UI design and implementation Project/product management Methods and algorithms for data analysis and optimization Have exceptional expertise in one of the following areas: Backend web application framework Frontend web application framework NoSQL database Web server and memory caching Natural language processing Scaling web applications Willing, capable and excited to roll up your sleeves to code everyday Located in the San Francisco Bay Area (or will find a way to get here!)
