Check out my other items!Be sure to add me to your favorites list!This listing is for a Conn "Director" model trombone with an F-attachment. The serial number is 38 228528. That indicates a c.1988 production date. I'm not sure if this qualifies as a 50H or not. I notice it also has the number 450 stamped on the bottom of the rotary valve.This instrument has taken its share of knocks, but it is in playing condition. That's not to say that it wouldn't benefit from a trip to the repair tech for a once over, and to fix some of the dents. The "U" bend of the main tuning slide is dented up pretty good. The secondary tuning slide has some smaller dents on its "U" bend. Aside from that, there are scattered dings/pings/nicks, but no other significant dents. The rim of the bell is a little wavy from having been bent. There are three resoldered joints.The tuning slides are not stuck. The main slide is moving freely, although it could probably benefit from being cleaned and lubricated. The lacquer is well worn and scratched throughout. This horn comes in a hard, wood shell case. The case is in fair condition. The original latches are all broken, but it has had two additional latches added, which do work. It has lots of inventory/I.D. markings written on the interior is white permanent marker. The interior shows normal wear and tear, but it is odor free. There is no mouthpiece, nor any other accessories included.Please feel free to message me with any questions!Thanks again for looking!
