I am selling a 2001 laptop created for newbie typists and writers called the DreamWriter T400, made by NTS. It's really tough, as in rugged, and has a full word processor, world clock, calculator, calendar and scheduler. It's wonderful for kids learning to learn to type (it can do timed tests). It also has a calculator, calendar, scheduler, world clock, address book. Considering that it has a full keyboard, it's a distraction free laptop computer for any kid, author or grownup! (Remember, NaNoWriMo is coming ... if you're interested in this sort of thing.) It's a wonderful laptop you can take anywhere and not stress about lacking power as you compose. With a parallel printer cable television, it can print to most any hp, apple, epson or canon parallel printer. Battery lasts about 5 hours (it has a backup battery). It features a power adapter and an electronic copy of the manual. Please email me with any questions.
