This is a very rare Fowlers Root Beer Soda Dispenser. The Dispenser itself is in very excellent condition.The actual Syrup Dispenser has lost some of the black metal ring around the bottom edge on the top....which you cansee in the photos. The rest of the metal dispenser portion is in excellent shape. On the bottom of the metal dispenserit reads "Property of John E. Fowler Rosslyn.VA To Be Used Only For Dispensing Fowler Syrups. Mfd. by the UD Mueller Mfg. CoPAT Sep. 9-13, Chicago, IllsI've displayed a picture of the reading on the actual ceramic dispesner. "Property of John Fowler -- Loaned Only For The Dispensingof Syrups of His Manufacture. And a Fowler's logo indented into the base.
