Graco Pack n play with accessories. Comes with the play pen, the changing part, the part that makes it so the mattress can be higher up in a bassinet position, thing that hangs off the side for storage, music/light machine, mobile, carry bag and manual. I also have a white sheet and a cream colored padded sheet that will be included. It has been used quite a bit but is still in good shape. The sides have some marks from a cat we used to have. The mesh is not torn it's just the solid green material that has been scratched on a little. The underside of the mattress has been drawn on with pen and has some water stains from when I washed it once and it dried weird. The underside of the changing part is weirdly stained too. Most of it is from water spots but there is some that looks like food or grease stains. I never really used this part so not sure how it got so spotted.
