It is written byGurdon Saltonstall Hubbard and the introduction was composed by Caroline M. McIlvaine in 1969 by the Citadel Press. "Long out of print, this memoir of the early life of a guy who has been called among the founding papas of the city of Chicago has actually been extremely valued by collectors of Americana, specifically those thinking about the history of the very early Midwest." I think the Hubbard Woods location was named after the author. This hardback book determines about 8-1/2" x 6" and is in exceptional condition and comes with a very clean dust jacket. $4.
