I develop and create wood jewelry from local recycled wood (mesquite, eucalyptus, yearn, cottonwood, desert cat's claw and whatever else I can discover) in addition to unique hardwood obtained from regional woodcraftsmen's scrap bins. Some of my work makes use of inlay, such as crushed Kingman Turquoise, crushed coral, abalone, opal and lapis. I also play around with laminating different wood together in my work. I likewise turn bowls, vases, and so on from local wood. Rootball bowls turnout to be extremely whimsical!
