Vivint home security system available for transfer. Had to move, still owe 4 months on contract-til February. Vivint will install new equipment in your house. It has the control panel, two fire/smoke detectors, two glass break detectors. Each outside door is set up with an alarm that lets you know when and which door is opened. Very handy when you have children getting outside when you do not know. I loved this system. This is the equipment I had. There is more available-motion sensors, window alarms, the thermostat thing-don't remember what it is called. I think there is more, I just don't remember. $54 a month for the monitoring. If you choose to take over this, there is a $99 transfer fee, but if you choose to enter a contract with them yourself, the fee is waived. There is also an app for your phone where you can see everything going on with system while away from home. You can arm/disarm system while away with the app too. The app will tell you if any of your doors where opened while you were gone, and it will tell you when those doors were closed. Customer service was always very helpful- so no complaints there. They call you if the alarm is activated to check on you. The system is connected to local police department. If interested, call 903-399-XXXX.
