This is a large Indian head bust in full regalia. This is an Indian Chief made from plaster, hand laid and molded. Finally paintedin pastels making for a beautiful bust. Being handmade, no machines in any way, it makes this bust one of a kind. On the back it is inscribedthefollowing:Buffalo Hunter Comanche Land Aug 13,1994 Cheyenne NationIt is signed by the artist. Stands 27" and is 16" wide and has a base of 9"x9". This bust weighs in at 26 pounds. A soda can has been placed beside it to show size better. I purchased this from an estate sale. Origin on bust is Mexico. Thank you for looking.
