It was used with protective front and rear shields and a shock resistant case(never dropped) before it even left the store. The device has no damage and is in perfect working condition.It comes with: The OEM Box, Apple charger and usb cable, 2 iOttie waterproof cases that can be used with other aftermarket cases, machined billet Blade case(natural finish with blue anodized accent), a shock resistant case with swivel clip mount, 6 clear front and 2 rear screen protectors, 3 mirrored front screen protectors, blue vinyl carbon fiber full-body adhesive cover, 5 different cosmetic 3D home button covers, and whatever else I find that I didn't remember to list.I'm selling the device due to a service plan change. Bought all this stuff and never used most it.I will also assist the Buyer in becoming acclimated to the phone's iOS interface and any questions they may have if they wish to jailbreak the phone for a different service provider. The Phone can be jailbroken and unlocked with its current IOS 5.1.1 software. The iPhone 5 and devices running IOS 6 cannot currently be jailbroken, which still makes the 4s the most advanced device on the market. Jailbreaking(simple and free) the phone releases an incredible assortment of features for the user and unlocking(also free) the phone allows the user to select any service provider they wish anywhere in the world.An incredible value for $500. Obviously priced to sell quickly as the retail amount for the lot is over $1000.
