You're looking at a King 3b straight tenor trombone, with a serial # in the 406XXX, placing its production year in 1965 - a great era for King instruments!You can see from the pictures that there are some blemishes on the bell and lacquer wear in areas all over the instrument. That said, it's in good/very good condition overall. I would rate the slide action at about a 6.5/10 - but a slide cleaning & alignment would likely make it even better. As you can see in the photos, there is no wear on the inner slide stockings. The instrument will be shipped in a useable/functional hard case, and a mouthpiece will be included (King 28).
