LED sign 3-Color RYG, 15"x40" IR Programmable Scrolling Message Board Has many different fonts and font color combinations. See the different letter "S" font/color combinations. Can have both CAPITAL or lower case letters. Can have both dual line or single line scrolling messages. Can store dozens of messages. Also functions as a clock or stopwatch/timer. User manual and remote control included. Bulky (40 inches wide) but not heavy at all. $200 or best offer. I can understand that you'd want proof that this unit works when plugged into an electric outlet, that's not a problem. If you don't have a car, then I could drive (deliver) it to you and you can verify it works by running an extension cord from a nearby power source. Or if you have a car then you could come to my complex (near University/101 in East Palo Alto) or I could drive it to my office (SEQ on campus) on a non-busy time like a weekend.
