This 9ft/9wt LLBean Fly Rod & Reel combo was their top of the line fly fishing equipment at the time of purchase. The large arbor Shearson #5 reel has a sealed drag system capable of handling big fish in freshwater or saltwater. The combo is used, but still in good working condition. The reel has some marks on the outer end from normal use. Everything in picture (extra spool and rod/reel carrier) is included. Both reel and spool have 30lb backing. I used this rod solely for fishing big salmon on the Salmon River in NY.
