Mickey Mouse Costume Size Small 4 - 6. Bought an extra set of ears in case the bonnet style ears didn't fit his bigger head. He wore it for a brief time last year to treat or deceive and it was cleaned and repackaged. Headband ears were never ever used. Does run little like many costumes however I likewise have a larger youngster for his age. If interested you are more than welcome to come over and try it on your kid before getting it. My child turned 2 on 09/10/2012 and the outfit size 4 - 6 just fit him for Halloween 2012 with long johns under it but at the age of 3 he puts on size 5T clothing so it may simply be my kid however other testimonials I read before acquiring it asserted it to run little on their kids as well.
