For Sale or Trade is our Microfiber Suede Sofa/Couch.I think they call the color "Mocha" - It is a brown / tan color.It determines roughly 90" inches long, 36" inches deep and about 34" inches tall. It is used and I do not understand or see of any rips or splits in it.It does have some small discolorations from my children, but all the discolorations should be able to be cleaned and none of the discolorations are from colored beverages or anything like that, so I'm rather sure a little soapy water or a cheap steam cleaner would suffice! I want to deliver this sofa for an additional cost of $50.00 in the Bryan or College Station location. If you live additionally, we will certainly have to work something out. If I am delivering it, you need to come see the sofa, spend for it, and help me load it. If you really want, I will then drive it to your home and help you unload it. $100 money is preferred, but also going to trade for anything I can re-sell or utilize.
