This is a signed initial Selig piece.Does have some age suitable wear. mostly the material has some cracking in it and some small scratches in the wood.There is a knick in the wood are the part you take a seat. If you look close you can see it in among the pics. The structure is excellent and truly comfy. (first one of these i had and didn't realize how comfy they are.). chair 33" x 30" x 391/2".ottoman 21 x 18 x 15".
