I have a couple of things on Consignment at Cherry Street Guitars in Galesburg IL. (309) Three Four Two - Six Thousand. ~ Mid 80's E Serial Fender Japanese Strat with the System 1 Tremolo. It does have the fine tuners but currently missing out on the bar and nut locks (I have a set of aftermarkets nut locks someplace, if I discover them prior to it offers or provide me a way to talk with you, I can toss them in when I discover them). Benches, fine tuners and locking nuts were bringing big cash on Ebay a while back and still could be so it was common for people to strip these guitars prior to selling them. There are aftermarkets offered for all those at quite sensible costs. Back to the guitar, its been played hard over the last 30 years. I've had it for the last 3 years approximately. Its certainly have wear and tear but plays and sounds outstanding. It has that timeless Strat tones that everyone thinks about. Plug it straight into your Champ and your ready to rock out to Layla HA! ~ Mid 80's E Serial Squier Japanese Strat with the System 1 Tremolo. This one has the fine tuners also along with the locking nuts but no whammy bar. I bought this one quickly after the Fender. It has a somewhat beefier neck then the Fender and a more mellow tone for a Strat. It would of been built side by side with the Fenders, it so occurs this one has a Squier decal on it instead. Its a terrific method to obtain into a 'Real' Fender without having to pay the 'Real' Fender rate. This certain one has an aftermarket pickguard for sure, I've never had the pg off of it so I have no concept if the puppies are stock or not. Its a genuine clean guitar for being 30 or so years of ages! ~ Ceriatone 2550 is a Marshall Jubilee clone. Switchable from 25 watts to 50 watts. Right here it is and for a fraction of the rate of the Jube if you have been browsing for your Slash tone. Its a classic Marshall amp with 2x EL34 and 3x 12AX7s. I'm not sure what brand name of tubes are in it atm, I never ever felt the requirement to open it up. It sounds great as is. These amps actually sing with Celestion Vintage 30 loaded taxicabs, which it was voiced for. If you do not know Ceriatone is a boutique builder from Malaysia. Its not cheap though! Nik is an amp Genius and does not cut corners. They are like Mojotone in the method that they offer everything from kits to working amps. PTP circuitry and high quality components enter into these amps. All you have to do is raise it to know that its built like a brick residence. The factor I'm selling it is due to the fact that its just means too much amp for me. I play in a small room and I don't gig so if I played through it frequently I would be deaf. Its time to move it along to someone who will certainly play her. When she goes however its the accountable thing to do lol, it will harm a little. ~ Bad Cat Cougar 5 - These were a spending plan friendly Bad Cat. This thing sounds actually great, store tone with a spending plan friendly cost. It currently has a WGS ET90 loaded in it which is a 90 watt clone of a Celestion Celestion G12-65. The V30 that was in it was ok, but the V30 actually had to be cranked to sound excellent. This permitted excellent tone whether playing bedroom levels or opening it up. This amp has a fair bit of clean headroom for a 5 watt amp and takes pedals well. Its loaded with the stock Sovtek EL84 and 2x 12AX7s. I believe it sounded wonderful as is, so I didnt feel the requirement to replace the tubes. ~ Finally, Fender GRETA - The little 2 amps are not just cute however plug them into a 112 taxicab and they end up being blues monsters. It sounds truly warm and has a killer break up with the 12AX7 and 12AT7. I assure everything is priced to move.:).
