Item Name: Montague Paratroopers Swiss Mountain Series Folding Bike X70Description:Overall, bike is in excellent condition, however, likely does need new tires soon as the rear tire has trouble holding air, and a new kickstand (pegs fell off the kickstand). There is some paint chip and ware but no major structural issues. Additions that did not come with original bike: larger mountain bike pedal, large cushion seat, handlebar smart phone holder, and handlebar height extension. My personal experience with this bike has been overall positive, the only reason I am selling is because I am in the market for a pavement bike as this is more suitable for dirt trails and mountain biking. I have found the folding system to be very convenient and have fit this bike in the trunks of small sedans with ease. In addition, it takes up little space inside a garage, storage room or closet in a house, making it suitable to protect it from the elements. The suspension is very hefty and responsive, and overall, provides a smooth ride. For even faster speeds, the suspension can be locked. Hydraulic disc brakes work well and has excellent stopping abilities. I have owned the bike for 4 years and in that time had it tuned once as I have used it relatively little. The repair shop found no issues with it. Please note that measurements in listing are for the bike when it is folded. This is a very high quality, durable, unique bike at a fair price. I have received many compliments on this bike when I used it. I do not accept returns, item has been honestly photographed and described.Will consider offers.Aftermarket attachments include:Big cushion seat, “Y-Split” Stand, Mountain Bike Pedals, Adjustable Height Handlebar, Phone Holder, Side Handlebar GripsParts needing replacement:Likely needs new tires, as the back is leaking air. Does need a new stand. The bike cannot stand on its own and needs to be leaned on something currently. Packaging, please reading this section carefully:Bike will be shipped in folded state, with front wheel removed, to reduce shipping cost. Please note that the front wheel is quick release and can easily be taken on and off the front spoke. Reference photos for folded position of bike with front wheel. The item will be carefully packed and protected with bubble wrap in a heavy-duty box. Reference Montague’s website and videos for instructions on how to utilize their CLIX folding system as well as quick release system to unfold and set it up when you receive it. The system is straight forward to use. I will also be in contact over eBay if you need help. I will be shipping with UPS as they provide the best rate for bike shipping.
